DESCRIPTION:Billy Joel Tribute Band “We May Be Right” deliver an electrifying live performance as they authentically re-create the music of one the greatest Rock and Roll Keyboard Players\, “Piano Man” Billy Joel.  A New York City Skyline sets the backdrop with this powerhouse ensemble replicating the legendary Billy Joel’s timeless music. Hit after hit and many deep cuts. \nA pianist since age 6\, Karl Dietel is a 20-year veteran of the Tri-State area live music scene. He toured nationally for many years with Sean Kelly and The Samples. Karl’s flair for the melodic inspired his most recent challenge of recreating the entire “The Stranger” record\, which was so well-received that it gave birth to We May Be Right: Billy Joel Tribute band. Dietel’s a multi-instrumentalism and can be heard on over 20 Indy CDs as well as on his 2007 release\, “Please Allow Me To Introduce Myself.” Dietel has shared the stage with Bernie Worrell\, Brian Vander Ark and Devon Allman along with notables Greg Smith of Billy Joel & Alice Cooper\, Angus Clark of Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Joe Bergamini of Billy Joel & Broadway’s Moving Out. \n“We May Be Right” capture every note\, every riff and every nuance with spot on vocals and stage performance.\nA show for all ages that is not to be missed!

SUMMARY:Rehoboth Concert Band
DESCRIPTION:Rehoboth Concert Band (RCB) is an ensemble of instrumentalists at various levels of play and ages. Adults and talented youth\, from the surrounding communities\, join together to play and perform concert band literature for diverse audiences throughout southern Delaware and beyond. Concert band literature includes classical and contemporary music\, including show tunes\, film scores\, marches\, and novelty pieces. \nThe ensemble reaches for growth\, depth\, continuing improvement\, and education and enrichment for itself and the community. The band collaborates with other community organizations and individuals on performances. RCB has been invited to perform concerts as special fundraising and community service events produced by area organizations. It is funded by ticket sales from its own fundraising concerts\, grants\, donations from band and community members\, plus local businesses. \nTalented students from area schools are welcomed with a music teacher’s recommendation. \nMusic improves the quality of life for everyone. RCB is established as a charitable organization that strives to perform music for people of all economic statuses by having reduced ticket prices for some populations\, and free for others. Many concerts are free to the public. The band works hard and has lots of fun in making and sharing beautiful music.

DESCRIPTION:Lead vocalist Tommy Lepson’s powerful voice conveys all the joy and passion that makes this music come alive. He will be joined on stage by two remarkable vocalists\, the “Too Much Sisters” — Anita King and Caz Gardiner — to perform those rich Motown vocals. \nThe 9-piece band also includes a kickin’ horn section that packs dance floors from the first note played. The rest of the band all have years of expertise\, rockin’ the house as one of the best acts in town. \nThe music encompasses Memphis & Motown soul\, and features timeless songs by artists like Sam & Dave\, Average White Band\, Martha & The Vandellas & Wilson Pickett among others. This is the music that brings together all ages and personalities together to a dance party. The SOUL CRACKERS grew up with this music and honor it with the legitimacy of a crackerjack soul horn band from the 60’s.Formed in 1982\, the SOUL CRACKERS were a full time performing powerhouse on the East Coast bar circuit for many years. Headlining shows such as the Adams Morgan Day Festival and clubs like the Bayou and the Wax Museum led to a command performance at the White House in 1994.Lead vocalist Tommy Lepson has won numerous “BEST VOCALIST” awards (WAMMIES) from the Washington Area Music Association and is considered a singer’s singer.
